I can't login to my account, what do I do?

Please click on the Forgot password link on the login page. Password reset instructions will be emailed to you. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam filters and double-check the email address entered.

What is the membership term?

Membership runs from October 1 to September 30, annually


How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?

Your invoice will have been emailed to you. To view online, please login into your member account and go to https://www.epctoronto.ca/Sys/Profile. Click on Invoices and Payments. To print an invoice from your browser, click the invoice number. Use File + Print in your browser's tool bar or enter Ctrl + P.


I can't complete my renewal

If you are in the process of completing your renewal and see an error message or can't continue, log in with a different browser, like Google Chrome or Firefox. If you are still having problems, please email info@epctoronto.ca


I'd like to request a leave from my EPCT membership
